The simplified user interface allows anyone to follow the prompts and use the system to a high degree of capability. The capability and tools allow for correction of operation placement errors and tooling issues. The system can also be used as a pre-inspection tool to verify part presence, ensure features on the part are present and correct, and more.

LaserALIGN integrated vision is designed to remove the variable of incorrect laser marking location caused by tooling issues, operator errors, and part defects. The camera system is calibrated to the machine and the laser positioning system. A quality-controlled part is used in a one-time setup to create a simple vision program. From there, the laser system automatically locates the part and applies X/Y/rotation offsets to the laser job file to place the laser marking or engraving in the correct location every time.
